PixSprite Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 23, 2026

PixSprite is an offline pixel art app. Canvas creation, image processing, and project storage take place locally on your device. PixSprite does not provide project or image uploads, cloud sync, or online storage. A network connection may be used only when Apple StoreKit is needed to view, purchase, or restore PixSprite Pro, as described in Section 3.

1. Data Collection

PixSprite does not require registration or sign-in, and does not provide accounts, cloud sync, community features, or an online asset library. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your projects, canvases, imported images, or artwork. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. Local Data and Images

Projects, canvases, settings, and imported images are stored on your device or in a file location you choose. PixSprite accesses a photo or file only after you select it, and performs pre-rendering and editing locally on your device.

You can delete projects inside the app or delete saved PixSprite files using the system Files app. Uninstalling PixSprite deletes data in its app container. Files exported to other locations are not affected.

3. Purchases and Apple Services

When you view, purchase, or restore PixSprite Pro, the app connects to the App Store through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes transactions and payment information. PixSprite does not access or store your card, billing, or complete payment details.

4. Third-Party Services

Other than Apple StoreKit and App Store services required for in-app purchases, the current version does not integrate advertising, third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, cloud storage, or social platform SDKs.

5. Children's Privacy

PixSprite does not knowingly collect personal information from any user or create age-based profiles.

6. Changes to This Policy

If PixSprite's features or data practices change, we will revise the date on this page and, when appropriate, explain the change in the app's update notes.
